Terms & Conditions

      Welcome to Mysa – The Soul Clinic! By accessing or using our website and/or services (including therapy, counselling, workshops, coaching), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms work together with any consent form, intake agreement, or other service-specific agreement you sign. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services
  • Mysa – The Soul Clinic provides psychological, therapeutic, counselling, coaching, and related wellness services using evidence-based and client-centred approaches.
  • We tailor our methodologies per client as different people have different experiences and needs.
  • We also offer workshops, webinars, group sessions or other ancillary services. These are governed both by these Terms and by any specific terms for that service.
2. Appointments, Scheduling & Cancellations
  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance via [website/contact form/phone/email].
  • Payment for booked sessions must be made in advance (or per the policy set for that session/service) to confirm the appointment.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before session start without penalty. Rescheduling inside that window may incur charges or be disallowed.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before, there will be no refund (or partial, as per policy).
  • No-show Policy: If you don’t attend the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, or do not connect, it will be considered a no-show. Fees apply as for a cancelled session.
  • If Mysa – The Soul Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternate timings.
3. Fees & Payment
  • Fees are as listed on our website / communicated during booking / in service-specific documentation.
  • Accepted payment methods include: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.), bank transfers, credit/debit cards(in case of in-person sessions only). 

    Note: card transactions may include additional processing charges.

  • For international clients, additional banking / currency conversion charges may apply.

  • Receipts / payment confirmation will be provided upon request. Confirming a slot via payment does not waive these Terms.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy
  • All sessions are confidential. Information shared in therapy/counselling sessions (including personal data) is private between you and your therapist, except as required by law or as outlined below.
  • Notes taken by the therapist are for professional purposes only and will not be shared without your explicit consent, unless required by legal / ethical obligations.
  • You must ensure you are in a private and secure space during sessions, and ensure your internet / video connection is reasonably secure.
  • No audio/video recording of sessions are allowed by clients or third parties without prior written permission.
  • Despite reasonable security measures, the possibility of breach due to technology exists. Mysa – The Soul Clinic will take all reasonable steps, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Minors & Consent
  • If you are under 18 (or under the legal age in your jurisdiction), services will require parental or guardian consent, where required by law.
  • Parents / guardians will generally receive general information about progress, unless there is a serious risk of harm to self or others, in which case more specific information may need to be shared.
6. Duty to Warn & Legal / Ethical Exceptions
  • If we reasonably believe there is a serious risk that you might harm yourself or someone else, Mysa – The Soul Clinic retains the legal/ethical right (and sometimes obligation) to break confidentiality to prevent harm.
  • In certain jurisdictions, laws require us to report some kinds of information (e.g. child abuse, threats to life, legal subpoenas).
7. Responsibilities & Participation
  • Therapy / counselling / coaching works best when you actively engage: by attending sessions, being honest, doing agreed upon tasks.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes; improvement depends on many factors including your commitment and openness.
8. Limitations / Exclusions
  • Mysa – The Soul Clinic is not an emergency/crisis service. If you are in a crisis (e.g. risk of self harm, suicidal thoughts, imminent danger), you should contact local emergency services or crisis hotlines immediately instead of waiting for a scheduled session.
  • We are not liable for any actions taken or decisions made by you based on information / sessions from Mysa – The Soul Clinic.
9. Intellectual Property & Website Use
  • All content on mysaclinic.com (text, graphics, videos, logos) is owned by or licensed to Mysa – The Soul Clinic. You may not copy, distribute, reuse or modify without written permission.
  • Your access to the site is for personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Termination / Discontinuation
  • Either party (you or Mysa – The Soul Clinic) may terminate the therapeutic / counselling / coaching relationship with reasonable notice.
  • If Mysa – The Soul Clinic deems it necessary (e.g. for ethical, legal, safety reasons), we may discontinue services immediately.
11. Liabilities & Indemnification
  • Mysa – The Soul Clinic will strive to provide services professionally and ethically. However, we are not liable for any harm, loss, or claim arising from the use of our services or from delays, interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.
  • By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mysa – The Soul Clinic, its staff and therapists from any claims or liabilities, except in cases of proven negligence or breach of professional standards.
12. Changes to Terms
  • Mysa – The Soul Clinic may change these Terms at any time. We will post updates on the website, with the “Last Updated” date clearly shown.
  • Continued use of our services or website after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / Region / Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by negotiation in good faith. If not resolved, by mediation / arbitration / courts in [City / Region].
